  • Ugh this is stressing me out to try and figure out this site! I need to get a guide for dummies I guess. I have been doing SO WELL! I'm down to 121, which is a little later than I would have liked but hey life's crazy and having a baby doesn't make it any easier. Thank god for coffee, that is the only drug I will ever need. In the process of finding an apartment and talk about a stress ball, but I have been so busy that I either a) have no appetite or b) to busy and forget to eat. So hey I guess it cant really be that bad right I was bad today and ate at Jack-in-the-box. I know, I know shame on me. But it was SO GOOD and I think i deserve it. Saturday's are always the worst for me too.

  • Today is going to be a good day! I can feel it, and it is soo hot out all I want to do is drink lemon water! Hopefully someone will want to meet up later to go for a walk or me and baby will go and walk a few miles around the park.
    I am trying to stay postive. I want to be down to 120 before school starts, which is in about 6 weeks. So if i lose 2 lbs a week that would be perfect! I wish I knew how many calories that breastfeeding burned!!! Does anyone know? 


    Intake:
    B: English muffin with butter (100)
    Almond m&m's (110)
  • This weekend has been horrible! I have eaten so much just thinking about it makes me feel so gross. BUT I am breasfeeding still so that means I can take in a few extra calories right?! During the week it's so easy for me to not think about eating because I am so busy, but its the weekend that gets me. I want to fit into the rest of my pre-pregnacy jeans by the time school starts back up again (September). I NEED HELP! Please ladies, give me some tips on how I can keep from eating and get back into those  size 26 jeans again!

  •  I AM SO SICK OF MY POST PREGNANCY BODY! I am starting a strict intake/outtake becuase I need to get all of this fat off of me by fall! My GW is 120 to start. So wish me luck and any tips are greatly appricated!

    This week:
    Grocery shopping
    Register for classes
    Try to lose 2lbs
